Barbeque beef sandwiches

Ingredients

3 lbs Boneless chuck roast

1 1/2 Cuyps ketchup

1/4 cup Packed brown sugar

1/4 cup Red wine vinegar

2 tbsp Dijon-style mustard

2 Tsbp worcestershire sauce

1 tsp Liquid smoke flavoring

1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Black pepper

1/4 tsp Garlic powder

Sandich buns

Preparation

1. combine all ingredients except roast and buns in crock pot. Stir to combine

2. add roast and turn to coat

3. cover and cook on low 8-10 hours or 4-5 hours on high

4. remove roast and shred meat with a fork

5. place meat back into crock pot and stir meat to coat evenly with sauce.

6. spoon meat onto buns and serve
