1. coat pork chops with bisquick mix
2. dip coated pork chops into dressing
3. coat chops with break crumbs
4. hat oil in 12-inch nonstick skillet over medium heat
5. cook pork in oil about 5 minutes or until golden brown
6. reduce heat to low and turn pork
7. cook 10-15 minutes longer, or until pork is done
