Ingredients

3/4 c. Plain nonfat yogurt
1/2 tsp Dill weed
1/2 tsp Minced onion

Preparation

Mix up the ingredients into a washed 6 oz yogurt cup with a lid. (All amounts are approximate, season to your taste). Place the lid on the cup and put your favorite veggies in a sandwich bag for a great portable snack. My favorites are baby carrots, sliced bell peppers, or broccoli. Even if you eat the whole cup of dip, its only 85 calories, so dip away!!

Cook's Notes

Non-fat plain yogurt is a great substitution in many recipes if your looking to cut fat and calories.
