Tuna Melts

Better than the standard melt!

Ingredients

4 slices Low-cal whole wheat toast (or bagels, pita, english muffins

1 6 oz Can tuna

1/2 c. Shredded fat free mozzarella cheese

2 tbsp Light miracle whip

1 15 oz Can diced tomatoes, drained

Preparation

Mix tuna, miracle whip, and drained tomatoes in a bowl. Spread on 4 pieces of toast. Sprinkle grated cheese on top of each slice. Broil or place in toaster oven until cheese begins to brown. Experiment with spices!

4 bread= 180 cal; 1can tuna= 140 cal; 1/2 c kraft free mozzarella= 90 cal; 2 tbsp light miracle whip= 50; 1 can diced tomatoes= 88 ; == 137 calories per slice.
