Dinner Roll Dough - Bread Machine
Preparation
1. Add ingredients to your bread machine in the order recommended by the manufacturer (usually wet and sugar and salt, then flour, then yeast)
2. Run dough cycle.
3. Place dough on lightly floured surface.
4. Divide into pieces and shape (crescent rolls/butterhorns, clover leaf, etc.)
5. Place on lightly greased baking sheet.
6. Cover and let rise in a warm place for 30 minutes or until doubled in size.
7. Bake at 350 F/177 C for 15 to 25 miutes, or until golden brown.
