Deliciously healthy tuna salad sandwich with kidney beans, apples, lemon juice,

Ingredients

1 6oz Can chunk light tuna in water

2 tbsp Cider vinegar

2 tbsp Lemon juice

3 tbsp Light miracle whip

1 15oz Can kidney beans

1 Medium apple, chopped

Preparation

Combine and serve on 2 slices of reduced calorie whole wheat toast.

Cook's Notes

Makes about 5 servings at 1/2 cup each. 132 calories per 1/2 cup serving.
