1. Make a marinade by combining soy sauce, oil, lemon juice, and garlic. Reserve 2 T of the marinade and set aside. Pour the remaining marinade over chicken and marinate for 10-15 minutes.
2. Broil chicken until no longer pink inside. Remove from oven and allow to cool before slicing into strips.
3. Make dressing using the reserved marinade. Add mayonaise to the marinade and mix.
4. Tear lettuce into a bowl and add remaining ingredients. Toss.
5. Serve on a salad plate and place sliced chicken on top.
