| 1 | Head of Iceberg Lettuce |
| 1 | Meduim Onion |
| 1 | Green bell pepper |
| 1 | Small bag of frozen sweet peas |
| 1 | Small bottle of Ranch (Kraft tastes the best with this recipe) |
| 1-2 cups | Cheddar cheese |
| 1/2 cup | Bacon pieces or bacon bits |
In a large serving bowl.
Cut or tear whole head of lettuce.
Place in bottom of bowl.
Cut up onion into small pieces. Place on top of Lettuce.
Cut up green pepper and spread out over onion.
In a strainer, thaw the sweet peas, until not frozen. (You don't have to cook them)
Pour peas over Green pepper.
Pour small bottle of ranch over the peas.
Next add the 1-2 cups of cheddar cheese
Bacon goes on the very top.
You can adjust the amounts of ranch, cheese and bacon to suit your taste.
Let chill for 2 hours of overnight.
