| 15 oz. | Can Black Beans |
| 15 oz. | Can Diced tomatoes with Garlic and Olive Oil |
| 1 | Onion, diced |
| 1 tablespoon | Balsamic Vinegar |
| | Thyme |
| | Brown Rice |
Cook onion in a little olive oil until tender. Add mostly drained black beans and tomatoes. Cook until warm and liquid thickens. Add vinegar and thyme. Serve over rice.
