apple salad

Good for breakfast or light lunch served with a good cheese, or in smaller potions as a side or low cal dessert.

Ingredients

6 Medium apples (your favorite), chopped
1 Medium onion, chopped
2 stalks Celery, chopped
1 cup Vanilla lowfat yogurt (no artificail sweetners)

Preparation

Chop first three ingredients, mix in bowl with yogurt. Serve or chill for later.
