A Thanksgiving tradition for my in-law's. They shared the recipe with me this year, and it was really tasty.
5 Large sweet potatoes
1/2 cup Whipping cream
1 stick Butter
1 cup Brown sugar
1 cup Chopped pecans
1. Boil the sweet potatoes until soft. Mash the potatoes and blend in whipping cream. Spread in 9x13 pan.
2. Stir butter, sugar and pecans together and pour over potatoes.
3. Bake at 350 degrees for about 15-20 minutes.
