Ham Quiche Biscuit Cups

This recipe is so easy and is always a hit!

Ingredients

1 (8 oz. ) Package cream cheese, softened

2 tablespoons Milk

2 Eggs

1/2 cup Shredded cheese

2 tablespoons Chopped green onion

1 can (10 count) refrigerated flaky biscuits

1/2 cup Finely chopped ham

Preparation

Preheat oven to 375. Grease 10 muffin cups. Beat cream cheese, milk, and eggs until smooth. Stir in cheese and green onions.

Seperate dough into 10 biscuits. Place one biscuit in each cup. Firmly press in bottom and up sides, forming a 1/4 inch rim. Place half of ham in bottom of dough cups. Spoon abouth 2 tablespoons cheese and egg mixture over ham. Top with remaining ham.

Bake for about 25 minutes, or until filling is set and edges of biscuits are golden brown. Remove from pan. Serve immediately.

Cook's Notes

I have prepared these the night before, up to baking them. I kept them in the fridge and just put them in the oven in the morning and slightly increased the cooking time.
