Chicken and Black Beans

Quick and easy pantry meal. Use precooked chicken from your freezer for a super quick and nutirtious meal. The flavor is surprisingly good.

Ingredients

2 c Cooked chicken, cut-up or shredded

1 can (16 oz) black beans, slightly drained

1/2 tsp Cumin

1 clove Garlic, minced

1 c Salsa

1 tsp Dried cillantro (opt)

Shredded cheese (opt)

Sour Cream (opt)

Tortillas (opt)

Preparation

Put all ingredients in pot and heat through, 10 min. Use as taco filling, on top of crackers, or along side of rice. Top with cheese and sour cream.
