15 Minute Taco In A Pan

Ingredients

2 lb Ground Beef
2 tbl Taco Seasoning
 Salt, Pepper to taste
3 cups Cooked Rice
1 can 16oz Diced Tomatioes
1 can Mex style beans (opt)
8 oz Shredded Mex Cheese
4 cups Shredded Lettuce
2 cups Tomatoes (Chopped)
1 cup Diced Onions
1 can Chopped ripe olives

Preparation

Brown meat in a lge nonstick pan, drain.

Add Taco seasoning, rice, and diced tomatoes,beans, cover and simmer for 5 mins. Add cheese and continue to simmer for 5 mins. Top with Lettuce, Tomatoes, onions, olives. Optionally have sour cream on side, and add tortilla chips.

This is a fast and easy one skillet meal.

This was really easy and very tasty. It makes a lot, though, so I had extra that I put in the freezer for a quick meal later. It was just as good on the warm-up!
