Ingredients

2 bags Spring Lettuce Mix
2 Red Anjou Pears, diced (leave on peel)
1/2 c Pecan or Walnut halves - candied
2/3 cup Sugar
1/4 cup Cranraisins
1 cup Rasp. Vinaigrette
Raspberry Vinaigrette Dressing:
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/4 cup Raspberry vinegar
2 tsp. Sugar
3 1/2 tsp. Dijon Mustard
1/4 tsp Salt

Preparation

Heat sugar over med. heat until sugar starts to melt and stir in nuts. Stir until nuts are coated and put on parchment paper to cool. Break into bite size pieces.

Put salad greens in your serving bowl. Toss in pears and Cranraisins. Add the candied nuts. Wisk together all the dressing ingredients and pour over salad. Serve immediately.
