dredge in flour, let stand
repeat to coat chicken thoroughly with flour
and give crispy covering
fry drummets at slow rate
remove chicken from hot grease
place on baking sheet
pour bbq sauce in ceral size bowl
with tongs dip drummets one at a time in bbq sauce
place in seperate baking sheet
let cool (not too much) and serve
