Core Recipe

Ingredients

1 Medium Mango cut into chunks

1 cup Plain Fat Free Yogurt

1 tbsp Fresh lime Juice

4 cubes Ice

Preparation

Place all ingredients in the blender and blend on high for 2 minutes or until well blended. Pour into a chilled glass and serve.

Cook's Notes

Using very ripe fruit will decrease the need for added sugar.
