Mix 1/2 the wheat flour in a bowl, add yeast, olive oil, warm water on low speed for 30 seconds. Mix on high for 3 minutes.
With a spoon, mix in rest of flour. Coat with wheat germ and let rest for 10 minutes covered.
Roll on surface dusted with wheat germ.
Oil pizza pan before putting crust on. Top crust with sauce and cheese and bake for 20 minutes at 400 degrees.
