My 20 month old loves these and has been eating them since she started on table food. You can cut these into any size strips or chunks you want. I separate out individual servings in freezer bags and freeze them. When I need a quick meal for her, I defrost in microwave for about a minute. Then put them on a foil lined tray in the toaster over at 350 for about 10-15 minutes. I found microwaving doesn't work. Not crispy enough. It's quick, it's nutritious and easy!
