variation of Knorr recipe

A saucy, pork chop recipe completed in one pan.

Ingredients

1 tbsp. Corn or vegetable oil
4 Center-cut pork chops (1/2" thick)
1 Medium onion, chopped
1 cup Water
1 pkg. Knorr dry Garlic & Herb soup mix
1/4 cup Brown sugar
4 tsp Worchestshire sauce

Preparation

In large skillet, heat oil over medium heat; add chops and onion, and brown, turning occasionally about 5 minutes. Remove chops, set aside. Add remaining ingredients, stirring constantly, bring to a boil. Return chops to skillet, reduce heat, cover with lid and simmer for 20 minutes or until chops are tender. Serve warm, covering the chops with sauce.

Cook's Notes

Super Easy! Can substitute Tomato Basil soup mix for the Garlic & Herb for a completely different flavor.
