Apple Blueberry Pancakes

You and your children will love this healthy "comfort" food.

Ingredients

1 Egg

1 cup Whole Wheat Flour

1/2 cup Skim Milk

1/2 cup Applesause (Natural or Sugar Free)

1 tablespoon Brown Sugar

3 teaspoons Baking Powder

1/2 teaspoon Salt

1/2 teaspoon Cinnamon

1/2 cup Drained frozen blueberries

Preparation

Mix in order shown. Use a nonfat cooking spray on

griddle on Medium/High(250 F)heat. Flip when

bubbles form solid, or golden brown on bottom.

Take two pancakes and place Applesause in between.

Tastes great with Lean Ham, or an Egg White

Omelete as a protein. Enjoy!

Cook's Notes

To make ahead, mix batter and refridgerate covered until the next morning.
