| 2 c. | Chopped fresh spinach |
| 1 c. | Sliced mushrooms |
| 1 | Medium tomato, chopped |
| 1/3 c. | KRAFT sun-dried tomato vinaigrette |
PLACE salmon fillets skin side down in 13x9 baking dish, sprayed w/ cooking spray
MIX remaining ingredients until well blended
BAKE at 375* 20 - 25 mins or until salmon flakes easily with fork
