Chop bell pepper, onion, tomatoes, celery, sausage. Crush garlic clove. Remove skin and bones from chicken and chop chicken. Halve shrimp. Combine all ingredients, except shrimp and rice, in slow-cooker (crock pot). Cover and cook on low 9 to 10 hours. Turn on High, and add shrimp and rice. Cover and cook 20-30 minutes.
