Easy, Yummy meal.
2-3 pounds Boneless steak-cut into small pieces
1 tsp Ginger
1 tbsp. Sugar
2 tbsp. Canola oil
1/2 cup Soy sauce
1 Garlic clove, crushed
Place steak (uncooked) into crock pot. Combine all other ingredients and pour over steak. Cook on low for at least 6 hours. Serve over cooked rice or noodles.
