I made it today and my husband said it was the best Alfredo he has ever had!!! I made it using light cream cheese, fat free milk and light butter with no trans far. It made the meal lighter and we didn't feel fat after we ate. :) The sauce stayed a little chunky and never got as smooth as I thought it would and that DID NOT MATTER. So do not wait for it to smooth all the way out like I did. It had a few little chunks and when I mixed everything, the chunks went away. GREAT MEAL!!!!!!!!!!!!!

This recipe is absolutely fabulous. My fiance and I have made it for our families 3 times in one week. It is simple and tastes better than the Shrimp Alfredo from TGIFridays or Ruby Tuesdays. At those restaurants a single plate costs USD22.00 but when you use this recipe, 5 people can be served at a total cost of USD13.00 Tasty & Economical, my family loves this recipe!!!!!! You can also substitue the shrimp for meatballs (great meal as well)!!!
