This recipe is similar to the pasta house salad but I have made my own changes to their recipe.

Ingredients

1 Head iceberg lettuce
1/2 Head romaine lettuce
Small bag spring mixed salad
1 can Artichoke hearts
1can Black olives
1 Small purple onion
1 can Chopped pimentos
1c Chopped mushrooms
1/2 c Parmesan cheese
Salt and pepper
Garlic
Red wine vinegar
Olive oil
Home style croutons

Preparation

Wash ice berg and romaine lettuce, pat to dry, tear into bite size pieces and add spring mixed salad.

Add to lettuce:

home style croutons, chopped artichoke hearts, and mushrooms, slice onions into rings, drain pimentos and black olives.

To taste:

garlic, salt and pepper, parmesan cheese, red wine vinegar and olive oil.

Toss just before serving.

Cook's Notes

For a meal in one add cooked chicken, shrimp or turkey.
