| 1 | Head iceberg lettuce |
| 1/2 | Head romaine lettuce |
| | Small bag spring mixed salad |
| 1 can | Artichoke hearts |
| 1can | Black olives |
| 1 | Small purple onion |
| 1 can | Chopped pimentos |
| 1c | Chopped mushrooms |
| 1/2 c | Parmesan cheese |
| | Salt and pepper |
| | Garlic |
| | Red wine vinegar |
| | Olive oil |
| | Home style croutons |
Wash ice berg and romaine lettuce, pat to dry, tear into bite size pieces and add spring mixed salad.
Add to lettuce:
home style croutons, chopped artichoke hearts, and mushrooms, slice onions into rings, drain pimentos and black olives.
To taste:
garlic, salt and pepper, parmesan cheese, red wine vinegar and olive oil.
Toss just before serving.
For a meal in one add cooked chicken, shrimp or turkey.
