Great for snack or dessert, Good protein and carb balance with added calcium and potassium kick.
1 c. Low fat Vanilla Yogurt
1 tbsp. Natural Peanut Butter (Crunchy or smooth.)
1/2 Banana
1tbsp. Sugar free non dairy topping
Mix first three ingredients and top with non dairy topping.
