| 4 | Ripe avacados |
| 1 tbsp. | Lemon juice |
| 2 | Garlic cloves, minced |
| 1 tbsp. | Onion, minces |
| 1 | Small tomato, seeded and cubed |
| 1 tbsp. | Cilantro, chopped |
| 1/2 tsp. | Salt |
1. Cut avacados in half all around. Rotate 2 halves in opposite directions to separate. Remove and discard pits. Scoop out avacado into a medium bowl.
2. With a fork, coarsely mash avacado. Add lemon juice, garlic, onion, tomato, cilantro, and salt. Mix well.
