i was tinkering around in the kitchen and came up with this fantastic marsala sauce
1 c Chicken broth
1/2 c Cooking wine
1/2 c Milk
1/2 c Shredded swiss cheese
1 tbs Garlic salt
1 tsp Sage
1 tsp Marjoram
1 box Penne pasta
1 tbs Cornstarch
1 can Mushrooms
combine broth, wine and seasonings. heat to almost boil. add swiss. stir until smooth. add corstarch and cook until thickened to taste. add mushrooms to sauce. cook penne. pour sauce over pasta.
