Curried Chicken Breasts

Ingredients

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breast halves (about 1 pound)

4tbsp Butter

1/2 cup Honey

1/4 cup Dijon mustard

1tbsp Curry powder

1/2tsp Salt

Preparation

1. Preheat oven to 375°. Put chicken breast halves into an 8-inch square baking dish.

2. In a small saucepan, combine butter, honey, mustard, curry powder, and salt, and cook over medium heat, stirring, until the mixture begins to bubble.

3. Pour over chicken; bake until chicken is cooked through, about 30 minutes.
