| 1 1/2 pound | Halibut steaks,3/4 to 1 inch thick |
| 1/2 cup | Fresh lime juice |

| 2/3 cup | Bottled safeway select Tacqueria style green taco sauce |

| 1 package | (10oz) finely shredded cabbage |
| 12 | Corn tortillias(6in in diameter) |
1. In a gallon size plastic food bag, combine halibut steaks, lime juice, olive oil, and garlic. Seal bag and turn over several times to coat fish equally with marinade. Set a side to marinate for 15 minutes.
2. In a large bowl, whisk together taco sauce and sour cream until smooth. Add cabbage and mix to coat evenly;set aside. Arrange tortillias in a stack and seal in foil.
3. Lay tortillia packet and halibut steaks on lightly oiled barbucue grill over a solid bed of hot coals or high heat on a gas grill( you can hold your hand at grill level for 2-3 seconds). close lid on gas grill and discard marinade. Cook turning fish and tortillias once untill halibut is barely opaque in the thickest part and tortillias are warmed thru- about 10 minutes
4. Transfer tortillas to a serving basket. Discard any fish bones and skin, berak the hot halibut into chuncks and transfer to a serving platter or divide among individual servings plates. To eat, wrap pieces of halibut and cabbage mixture in warm tortillas
