Baked Flounder Vinaigrette

Very quick and easy way to prepare fish, but it doesn't taste like it!

Ingredients

1 lb White thick fish (flounder, orange roughy)
 Tarragon
 Paprika
 Salt to taste
4-6 slices Tomatoes
1t Green onions, chopped
1/2 cup Italian salad dressing
1/4 cup Shredded cheddar cheese

Preparation

Heat oven to 475

Arrange filets in ungreased baking dish. Sprinkle with paprika and salt. Arrange 2 slices of tomato on top of each filet. Sprinkle onion & tarragon. Pour salad dressing over filets and sprinkle with cheese. Bake uncovered until done. approx. 20 min.
