Cheeseburge Pie

Ingredients

1 pound Ground Beef

1/2 cup Onion Chopped (or Onion Powder if you do not like onions)

8oz Can Tomatoe Sauce

4oz Can Mushrooms or Fresh

1/4 cup Parsley

1/4 teaspoon Salt

1/4 teaspoon Oregano

2 packages Crescent Rolls

3 Eggs

6 slices Cheese

1 tablespoon Water

Preparation

Brown Ground Beef and Onion. Drain off fat.

Stir in Tomatoe Sauce, drained mushrooms, Oregano, Salt, and Pepper and parsley.

Unroll 1 Package Crescent Rolls. Separate into Triangles. Place in a greased 9 inch pie plate pressing edges together to form a pie shell. Separate egg whites from yellow. Beat Yellow and Set Yellow egg aside. Beat Egg Whites with water, set aside.

Spoon meat mixture into Shell. Arrange Cheese ontop. Spread beaten whites over the top. Add Second package of Crescent rolls over the top to create a top crust. Brush Beaten Yellow Egg on top of the Pie shell.

Bake at 350 ~ 20 Minutes

then remove from oven, cover with foil and cook an additional 20 minutes.
