Corn and Bean Chowder

Ingredients

2 cups Broth (chicken or vege)

2 Carrots, diced

2 Celery stalks

1 Small potato

1 Onion chopped

1 1/2 Corn kernels

1 cup Drained rinsed canned cannellini beans

1 cup Skim milk

1 teaspoon Black pepper

Preparation

Combine broth, carrots, celery, pottato and onion, bring to boil. reduuce heat and simmer about 15 min

Stir in corn, beans, milk, pepper, increase heat, bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer, uncovered, stirring until corn is tender (3 mins)
