Healthy, tasty and easy.
1 Head hearts-of-romaine pieces
1 Red onion, chopped
1 cup Chopped fresh cilantro
1 cup Chopped fresh mint leaves
2 bunches Radishes
1 tablespoon Lemon zest
1/2 cup Lime juice
1/2 Veg. oil
3 Tbls fish sauce
1 Tbls soy sauce
1 1/2 tsp White sugar
Red pepper flakes to taste
Salt and pepper to taste
1 1/2 pounds (1 inch thick) steak fillet
1. Toss veggies.
2. Boil Beef (Could skillet fry too).
3. Whisk dressing ingredients.
4. Mix all together
