Cut baked potatoes in half lengthwise. Scoop out pulp leaving a 1/2 shell, set aside.
In medium bowl mash the potatoes, then stir in cheddar sauce, peas and ham. Evenly fill potato shells with mixture.
On baking sheet, arrange stuffed potatoes and bake 15 minutes. Sprinkle with cheese and bake an additional 5 minutes or until heated through.
