Ingredients
3 tbsp. Sugar
1/2 tsp. Salt
1/4 tsp. Black Pepper
1/4 tsp. Onion Powder
1/2 cup Olive Oil
1/3 cup Cider Vinegar
2 tbsp. Orange Marmalade
4 cups Spring Mix Lettuce
2 Pink Grapefruits, peeled and sectioned
2 Oranges, peeled and sectioned
1/2 Small red onion, thinly sliced
Preparation
Whisk together sugar, salt, pepper, olive oil, vinegar, and marmalade; chill in refrigerator 1 hour. Arrange lettuce evenly on 4 salad plates. Top evenly with grapefruit and orange sections and onion. Drizzle with dressing.
