Feta-topped chicken

Quick and easy meal for week-nights.

Ingredients

4 Boneless skinless chicken breast halves

2 tablespoons Balsamic vinagrette dressing

1 tsp Italian seasoning

1/4 tsp Seasoned peper

1 Large roma tomato, cut in to 8 slices

1/4 cup Feta cheese

Preparation

Set oven control to broil. Brish both sides of chicken breasts with dressing. Sprinkle both sides with Italian seasoning and seasoned pepper. Place on rack in broiler pan.

Broil with tops 4 inches from heat about 10 minutes, turing once, until chicken is no longer pink when centers of thickest pieces are cut. top with tonato and cheese. Broil 2-3 minutes longer until cheese is lightly browned.

High altitude - Broil Chicken for about 15 minutes.
