after trying this recipe, you will never want boxed again. It is so easy to make and SO good
1 1/2 cups Elbow macaroni
3 tablespoons Butter
2 tablespoons Flour
Dash of pepper
2 cups Milk
1/4 cup Finely chopped onion
8 oz. Cheddar, colby, or any combination cheese
1 Large can of loives, sliced or ground
Sliced ripe tomatoes (optional)
Any type of ground cooked meat
Cold cuts
Canned tuna, drained
Cook macaroni according to package direction. Mix all other ingredients. If using ground meat (cook first and then add to other ingredients) Mix cheese sauce with macaroni. Turn into 1 1/2 quart casserole. Sprinkle sliced olives over top with black olives. Bake at 350 degrees for 35-40 min.
Add sliced, diced or chopped cold cuts Canned tuna, drained Add green beans, peas, or asparagus
