1) Bake Fish sticks per package directions.
2) While fish sticks are baking, prepare coleslaw by mixing ready made Coleslaw salad mix, Chipotle GourMayo (less depending on how spicey you like it), and coleslaw dressing in a bowl. Set aside.
3) When fish sticks are done baking, place on paper towel lined plate to soak up any oil.
4) Layer fish sticks, coleslaw mix, chopped tomatoes and cheese in flour tortilla, top with your favorite salsa and enjoy.
