Quickest Fish Tacos Ever

You will have dinner on the table in the time it takes to bake a package of fish sticks!!! I had dinner ready and on the table in less than 10 minutes...and they were fantastic!!!

Ingredients

Frozen Fish Sticks

ReadyMade Cole Slaw Salad Mix in a bag

Tomatoes, chopped

Chipotle GourMayo sauce (to taste/sauceyness)

Cole Slaw Dressing (marzetti's preferred, to taste/sauceyness)

Shredded Mexican Cheese blend

Flour Tortillas

Salsa

Preparation

1) Bake Fish sticks per package directions.

2) While fish sticks are baking, prepare coleslaw by mixing ready made Coleslaw salad mix, Chipotle GourMayo (less depending on how spicey you like it), and coleslaw dressing in a bowl. Set aside.

3) When fish sticks are done baking, place on paper towel lined plate to soak up any oil.

4) Layer fish sticks, coleslaw mix, chopped tomatoes and cheese in flour tortilla, top with your favorite salsa and enjoy.

Cook's Notes

I had some of the pickiest eaters finish off a 42 pack of fish sticks in less than 20 minutes!!! You will probably have to do tasting to get the cole slaw mix to your preferred taste.
