Killer Antipasta Salad

Be careful, you'll want to eat way too much of this it is so good!

Ingredients

1/4 lb Genoa salami, sliced thick

1/4 lb Cooked ham, sliced thick

1/4 lb Provolone cheese slices

15 Cherry tomatoes, halved

8 Peppercini peppers

1 Red onion, sliced thin

16 oz Mushrooms, sliced

8 oz Italian salad dressing, fat free

3 tsp Italian seasoning

15 oz Black olives, drained (optional)

1 jar Green olives, drained (optional)

Preparation

Cut the meat and cheese into bite-size pieces. Combine all ingredients into a gallon size ziplock bag. Toss to coat and then refrigerate for at least 1 hour but if you have time, let it marinate overnight. Periodically toss to distribute the dressing evenly. Serve alone or on a bed of greens.
