Chill out with this quick and easy meal.
1 (10 oz) package Cheese tortellini, cooked according to package directions and chilled
1 cup Halved red grapes
1/2 cup Chopped celery
1/4 cup Minced red onion
1/4 cup Nonfat plain yogurt
1/4 cup Light mayonnaise
1 1/2 to 2 tsp Curry powder
1. Stir together tortellini, grapes, celery and onion in a medium bowl. Mix yogurt, mayonnaise and curry together, then carefully stir into salad.
2. Cover and chill for at least 15 minutes. (Salad may be made up to 24 hours in advance.)
For a heartier salad, stir in diced rotisserie chicken or turkey.
