Ingredients
1 lb Cubed beef
1 lb Cubed pork
1 Large onion, chopped
1/2 cup Italian dressing
1 can Beef broth
1 jar Salsa
1 tbsp Chili powder
2 cans Black beans, drained, rinsed
4 cups Hot cooked rice
Preparation
Brown meat and onion in dressing in dutch oven on med-high heat 5 min, stirring occasionally
add broth, salsa, and chili powder; stir. Bring to boil. Reduce heat to med-low; cover, simmer 1 hour or unti meat is tender
stir in beans, cook uncoved 30 min serve over rice
