Ingredients

1 lb. Beef sirlion steak cut into strips

2 tsp Vegetable oil

4 cloves Garlic, minced

2 cups Chopped tomatos

1 can Beef broth

1 tsp Dried basil leaves

1 1/2 cups Rice, uncooked

2 oz Cubed velveeta

Preparation

Brown meat in oil in non stick skillet on med-high heat. Remove from skillet set aside.

Add garlic, tomatos, broth and basil to skillet; bring to boil, stir in rice; return to boil.

Reduce heat to med-low; stir in meat and velveeta; cover. Simmer 8-10 min. or until heated through. Stir until velveeta is completely melted and mixture is well blended.
