Beef Stew: The best stew!!

Ingredients

1 1/2 lb Beef chuck or stew meat, cut into 1-inch cubes

1/4 cup Flour

1 1/2 tsp Salt

1/4 tsp Pepper

1 1/2 cups Beef broth

1 tsp Paprika

4 Carrots, sliced

3 Potatoes, diced

2 Onions, chopped

1 stalk Celery, sliced

2 tsp Kitchen Bouquet or Gravy Master

2 tablespoons Quick Tapioca

Preparation

Place meat in the crockpot. Mix flour, salt and pepper, and pour over meat; stir to coat meat with flour. Add remaining ingredients and stir to mix well. Cover and cook on Low 10-12 hours (or High 4-5 hours, but I have only used the Low setting). Stir stew thoroughly before serving.

This stew really is the best... I've prepared it for several friends and they have all said it was the best they've ever tasted.
