Jambalaya Packets

Ingredients

4 Boneless, skinless chicken breasts cut into strips

4 c Cooked rice (I use basmati)

1/2 lb Sliced smoked sausage

1 can (14 1/2 oz.) diced tomatoes

1 Med green bell pepper, chopped

3 to 4 teaspoons Dried Cajun seasoning

1 teaspoon Hot sauce

Preparation

Seperate the following into 2 foil packets and grill for about 15 minutes (or you can bake for 15-20)

Cook's Notes

Can use frozen bell peppers and onions.
