1. Combine wine, oil, salt, pepper, garlic, red pepper and parsley and chicken. Marinate 30 minutes (I normally marinate over night.)
2. By hand add enough Parmesan cheese and bread crumbs until mixture becomes consistency of paste and adheres to the chicken.
3. Tightly thread 8 oz. of chicken strips to each skewer and, if desired, roll in additional bread crumbs. Broil/ grilll until done. Melt butter and add lemon juice and spoon over chicken to serve.
