On the label for thai kitchen green curry paste with just a few minor mods.
2 tbs Green curry paste
2 cans Low fat coconut milk
1/2 cup Fresh basil
1/2 cup Bamboo shoots
6 tbs. Fish sauce
4 tbs. Brown sugar
2/3 cup Chicken broth
1 lb. Favorite veggies
1 lb. Cooked deveined shrimp
In saucepan combine green curry paste with coconut milk and simmer 5 minutes. Add basil, bamboo shoots, fish sauce, brown sugar, chicken broth, and veggies and shrimp. Cook until veggies are done. Serve with rice.
