1 lb. Pineapple, diced and drained
1 lb. Carrots, peeled and shredded
1 c. Shredded coconut, unsweet
8 oz. Coconut milk
1 c. Raisins
2 tbsp. Honey
Preparation
Mix together all ingredients in a large salad bowl. Chill for at least 30 minutes. Enjoy!!!
