Healthy Tuna Burgers

Ingredients

1 can Tuna, packed in water
1 Jumbo egg white
1 Rounded tbsp. pancake mix
1 tbsp. Chopped onion
1 Slice fat free cheese
2 Hamburger buns
Non-stick cooking spray

Preparation

Drain tuna well. in mixing bowl add egg white , pancake mix, and onion.

Mix with fork. form into patties.

coat skillet with non-stick cooking spray

and brown patties on both sides. Add cheese and cover pan to melt cheese.

Serve on hamburger buns and garnish to taste.

These are a great and healthy alternative to hamburgers.
